Banshee sells the main Warmind Cell Build mod

Okay, I don’t normally do these kinds of messages, but today is a special occasion. This is a very major mod rotation from Banshee, as he sells a major Warmind Cell mod for the first time since August 2020, and you have to pick it up before it leaves for another seven months.

The mod in question is essentially Wrath or Rasputin the key mod for most Warmind Cell builds these days, allowing to kill sun damage to spawn Warmind cells. These could be abilities like sun grenades, or weapons like Xenophage or Ticuu’s Divination or Chain Reaction from Code Duello. And it is the only way to level spawn Warmind Cells beyond a small selection of Seraph weapons.

Obviously, this is even more important now that Warmind Cells builds aren’t sunset, which it was supposed next season when Season of the Worthy stuff got out, including armor and the Seraph weapons, effectively killing the concept. But now those will remain intact, although Bungie has hinted that they may need to seek out Warmind Cells in the future, if they will no longer make them disappear.

Bungie has also said that this system of allowing only seasonal mods to appear on Banshee based on RNG is likely to change in the near future, but we don’t know when that will be or what that will look like. Right now, it just relies on the daily rotation to fill in gaps for people if they didn’t play for months or more than a year during seasons ago, which isn’t great, and can result in situations like … the main Warmind Cell- mod is not being sold for seven months.

Warmind Cell builds are still extremely strong in high-level PvE content and this is a must for absolutely any player. I still miss the artifact Warmind Cell build they spawned on arch damage as those were better builds in my opinion, but the solar energy has been a fixture since that left, and that’s probably not going to change anytime soon. I would be honestly surprised if Bungie continued to introduce new Warmind Cell mods into the artifact or as actual mods as they were only ready to remove the entire concept from the game just a few weeks ago.

In any case, go to Banshee and pick up Wrath or Rasputin. You literally have 24 hours from the time I write this post as these are on daily, not weekly rotations. Remember, and may God have mercy on your soul if you miss this and have to wait an untold number of months again
