In this sense, Aristocrat India emphasizes that it has been a company’s priority to promote the physical, emotional and psychological well-being of its employees, allowing its team’s fitness and happiness index to be at its peak.
Great Place to Work® explains that the evaluation process involves collecting anonymous feedback from employees using a research-based tool to measure the organization’s Workplace Wellness IndexTM on various factors affecting the psychological and emotional health of employees, this part of the process is weighted 70% in the evaluation.
On the other hand, the evaluation includes a detailed assessment of the practices designed by the organization to create an environment that promotes the integral well-being of employees, this part has a weight of 30%.
