The long-awaited Animal Crossing: New Horizons The Build-a-Bear collection went on sale earlier today, featuring two designs based on the Nintendo Switch game. As we predicted yesterday, the first available characters are Isabelle and Tom Nook. Unfortunately, the company’s online store seemed to be selling out both designs quite quickly, but the collection will be available in stores for the foreseeable future. Given the popularity of Animal Crossing, it will be interesting to see if more characters are added from the game in the coming months. There are certainly a lot of characters that fans wouldn’t mind seeing!

Both bears cost $ 51. Buyers can choose between versions that include the Animal Crossing: New Horizons theme song or versions that provide five phrases and sounds from the game. Considering how quickly the Animal Crossing x Sanrio amiibo tickets sold out last month, it’s not too surprising that they went so quickly. Fortunately, it looks like a lot more will become available in the coming months! Those who want to know when new stock will become available can sign up for updates here. If you can’t wait, you can always find them here on eBay.
It’s easy to see why these bears both sold out so quickly! Animal Crossing: New Horizons has been one of the biggest surprise successes of the Nintendo Switch era, and merchandise related to the game is generally quite popular. The sound effects are also a big draw, making them feel even more true to the game. Now that the two biggest characters have been revealed, it’s easy to imagine we’ll be seeing many more bears in the future. We might even get a KK slider that can play real songs from the game! For now, fans will just have to wait and see what comes next.
