Ana Brenda Contreras has officially announced his departure from “Pálpito”, the new Colombian series Netflix is ​​making in Colombia. The actress was excited to take this new series along with great actors like Michel Brown (“La Querida del Centauro”) and Sebastian Martinez (“Beauty and the Beasts”). However, due to the pandemic, Contreras will no longer be able to be a part of the project and this was announced on his Instagram Stories.

Ana Brenda was living in Colombia for a few weeks when production started, but due to data delays she has been forced to abandon the project.

I was in Bogotá for almost a month and we couldn’t start recording ‘Pálpito’ and the recording date has been moved and everything that was planned … I will not be able to be part of this storyThe actress announced.

The actress hinted that due to the new production dates, she was unable to make the recordings, suggesting she might have another project ahead.

“The reality is that this is happening all the time in our careers,” added the star.

“Pálpito” revolves around the world of organ trade. In the series, Simón’s wife is murdered to remove his heart and transplant it into the wife of a powerful millionaire. In search of revenge, Simón throws himself into the dangerous world of the organ trade.

Until now, Netflix has not confirmed who will be the actress who will take Ana Brenda’s place in the series.
