The Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTOP) reported Monday morning that a reported accident on the Baldorioty De Castro highway, from Carolina to San Juan, is causing traffic congestion in the area.
According to the agency, the left lane of the said place is blocked.
“A crash is reported on Exp Baldorioty (PR26) km 2.3, before the Minillas tunnel from Carolina to SJ. It is causing congestion in the area. First responders are on the scene,” the DTOP tweeted.
It is not known whether there are injuries.
