“I feel like my Caesarean section looks cute today!” the 39-year-old star joked.

Some of her famous friends agreed.

“Whatever Genie has transported on this planet should be enjoyed,” wrote friend Jessica Seinfeld, wife of comedian Jerry. “PS body.”

‘Feel like mine looks good today too! What a coincidence! ”Singer Vanessa Carlton, mother of a 5-year-old, responded, while writer Lesley Arfin added,“ Uh yeah, it does. Mine looks like the Pringles man. ”

Many of Schumer’s fans also left comments praising her body-positive message and sharing their own C-section stories.

“Amy, you are great !!” read a comment. Thank you for being so real! We can all be so proud of our bodies! “

Amen, sister! Scars are beautiful, ”wrote another fan.

“Beautiful body! I should love my Caesarean section more,” read another comment, as a follower told Schumer, “That scar represents strength, life, and healing.

Schumer’s C-section scar will be her last, according to comments she recently expressed going through another pregnancy. While pregnant with Gene, she struggled with extreme nausea and vomiting due to hyperemesis.

“I, for my safety, cannot be pregnant anymore,” she revealed during a recent episode of the Anna Faris is unfit podcast. “One in three mothers with hyperemesis, what I had, one in three babies doesn’t make it. So I really don’t like those opportunities. Just because you vomit so often doesn’t allow you to feed your baby or yourself, so my pregnancy was a huge bummer. “

But she and husband Chris Fischer are interested in having another child, which prompted them to explore surrogacy. After documenting her “terrible” IVF process last year, Schumer has since said that her plans to add to their family are on hold, although she does have two embryos that can be implanted into a pregnancy carrier.

Schumer has not shied away from showing off her scar in the past.
