Alianza Lima: Nicolás Rey sounds like the general management of the Blue and Whites | to reach NCZD | FOOTBALL PERUVIAN

Alianza Lima has launched the plan for 2021, with the goal of returning to the top division next year. So the Victorians made significant changes at the sporting level: players’ arrivals and a new coach. The leadership news has also been included in the roadmap and news on the issue should be out shortly.

In recent hours, the name of Nicolás Rey, the current press officer for the Peruvian team, has appeared as a candidate for the overall leadership of the blue and white institution. The news was even confirmed by the Sports Director of the Peruvian Football Association (FPF), Juan Carlos Oblitas, who told Movistar Deportes: “I am glad they are thinking of Nicolás Rey as general manager at Alianza Lima.”

Nicolás Rey has been in charge of the press department of the Peruvian team since mid-2019 (he accompanied the team in the Copa América in Brazil). He is a graduate of the University of Palermo, worked for four years in the magazine Conmebol and has seven years of experience as director of accounts in communications statistics. In March, he will complete a master’s degree in sports entity management from the University of Real Madrid.

Back at Alianza Lima, this week takes center stage in the intimate cast as they await the signing of Guillermo Salas as Carlos Bustos’ technical assistant. Let’s not forget that the Argentinian DT said at its first conference that someone from the house would integrate its technical command.

However, with the new government rules, the blue and white team will have to begin their first training sessions through Zoom until they can return to personal work. While the team is not yet fully complete, the reinforcements that are missing to start their preseason are expected to be announced in the coming days.

Currently, the new members of Alianza Lima are José Manzaneda, who returns from a trip through César Vallejo; Edhu Oliva, who worked with Bustos in San Martín; Yordi Vílchez, former defender of Cusco FC, and Ricardo Lagos, who played with Carlos A. Mannucci last season.
