They called for it and it was given. Both Alexandra Fuentes and Herbert Cruz will be able to take a break from their positions within the “Alexandra at 12” program, on Telemundo, by counting from next Monday with veteran comedians Víctor Alicea and Carmen Nydia Velázquez.

The cheerleader will no longer have to rush all the bases, but will have more time to develop the interviews and participate in the comedies without too much haste, because in addition to expanding her talent team, she also has an extra half hour, that is, the program starts at 11:30 am and runs until 1:00 pm from April 12th.

“I am convinced that the show needs a little more time, because in front of the camera we are Herbert and I, and Ivonne (Solla) and Roberto (Cortés), but they have more serious issues. On our side, we wanted to open a small space to integrate new people and make comedy, situational comedies that would have a continuity. In the case of Herbert and I alone, it’s difficult, because I often took off my wig, I ran to the next interview, so it was a challenge to be able to do a comedy. Now with the arrival of Víctor Alicea and Carmen Nydia, the opportunities are growing, because they have many characters, we are more interested in creating other characters, ”explains the presenter.

Víctor Alicea and Carmen Nydia Velázquez will arrive with their respective suitcases of characters including “Susa” and “Epifanio”.

“They are proven comedians and the best thing about them, besides their great talent, is that they have a great attitude. I’ve worked with Víctor, I’ve worked with Carmen Nydia and they are very easy people to work with. They are people who work together and I love that about them ”, Fuentes emphasizes.

The program will maintain the news and analysis sections with Luis Pabón Roca and Carlos Díaz Olivo.

“La Misma” attacks again

The La Misma Orchestra, musical comedy type, consisting of technicians from Alexandra Fuentes and Telemundo: Jesús “Chowi” Mulero (tambora), Joíto Meléndez (cowbell), Julio Sánchez (box), Robert Rosa (goiro), Herbert Cruz (stick) ), Danny Rosa (musical director and piano) and José Vélez (sound engineer), will also present a new song this Monday.

Following the success of the book “Almost Nearly First Lady” (2017), which prompted the staging of a comic work of the same title, Alexandra Fuentes announces that she will present a publication before the beginning of autumn that will co-create with the motivational Lily García has been realized. .

The text will be a conversation between the two women; Lily García from the role of interviewer, while the other responds. In accordance with this project, Fuentes began to offer talks with García.
