Alex Colome reaches deal with Minnesota Twins

Free-agent closer Alex Colome has agreed to a deal to join the Minnesota Twins, a source told ESPN’s Jeff Passan on Wednesday.

The deal is guaranteed for a year with a club option and $ 6.25 million, according to the source. Colome’s base salary for 2021 will be $ 5 million, while his base salary for the option year will be $ 5.5 million.
