Akira Yamaoka, composer of the Silent Hill series and several other titles, teased in a newly published interview with Al-Hub that his next project is a project fans have been waiting for and will be announced “around the summer.”
When asked when we can expect his next project to be announced, Yamaoka replied, “When, I wonder … I think I’ll be able to talk about it around summer or so … (Summer this year?) right … But I’m pretty sure it’s the one you’ve been waiting for, Mutlaq [the interviewer]. “
Yamaoka last composed Bloober Team’s psychological horror game The medium, which launched on January 28 through Steam and the Microsoft Store for Xbox Series and PC. It is also available through Xbox Game Pass.
