Spanish actor Gonzalo Peña was accused of complicity in sexual abuse by Mexican driver Daniela Berriel.
Berriel shared a video on his social networks where he revealed that he was the victim of sexual abuse by a man named Eduardo Ojeda, a friend of the Spanish actor, who did not try to prevent or defend the likewise driver.
Ojeda was detained by the Mexican authorities. For its part, Televisa announced in a statement that before what happened Peña, who is currently part of the telenovela, “What’s wrong with my family? has been suspended from recording.

According to Daniela, she dated Gonzalo for a while but decided to end things because the relationship wasn’t working. But soon after, the man returned to look for her and she decided to give him another chance. To do this, he invited her on a trip to Acapulco, where only couples would go.
“He told me that they would be pure couples and that it would be a peaceful journey, that we would be home. I had a lot of doubts, something told me not to go on that trip (…) I agreed to go on a trip, ”he explained.
There he met Eduardo Ojeda, who had attended living together with his girlfriend at the time. After the night, she said she was alone in the dining room with Gonzalo and Eduardo.
“We kept talking and everything was going well, I was really having a good time, and there was a point when the conversation got sexual and they started talking about threesomes, they asked me if I had done one. They told me why not and I started to feel a little uncomfortable, ”she said.
She confesses that “not two minutes” had passed since she went to bed, when the two men were already touching her. “They never asked me, I still got up and there was an armchair in front of the beds, and I lay down on the armchair, and the only one who started to follow me around the room was Eduardo, Gonzalo stayed in bed,” he explains. .
She said Eduardo touched her leg and told her not to be “tight”, so she got up from the couch and went to bed, and the man continued to follow her.
