Accused Pete Davidson stalker allegedly shot him with unwanted gifts

The woman arrested for entering the home of “Saturday Night Live” star Pete Davidson in Staten Island had previously sent him a barrage of unwanted gifts, prosecutors revealed in court Friday – when a judge restraining order on the suspect.

Michelle Mootreddy sat behind a screen of white metal bars as she was charged with burglary, trespass, stalking and harassment during the virtual hearing at the Richmond County Criminal Court – before she was released after being released under surveillance.

“In this case, the defendant was involved in conduct involving numerous cases of stalking, including sending letters and parcels to Peter Davidson’s home and then entering the house without permission,” said Assistant District Attorney Matthew Stupp.

Judge Ronald Castorina Jr. freed Mootreddy on surveillance release after the brief hearing – while issuing a restraining order in favor of Davidson, his little sister Casey Davidson and his mother Amy Waters.

“The court is issuing a full protection order,” the judge told Mootreddy. “Do you understand?”

“Yes,” she replied in a chipper voice.

Mootreddy, who once issued a press release claiming that she and the comedian had a ride, came to his house at about 3 p.m. on Thursday when he was not home.

She knocked on the door and a woman who answered the door told the star-struck fan to leave – but instead, Mootreddy crawled to the side of the house, snuck in through a side door, and entered the kitchen, according to an indictment .

The woman who opened the door, Marjorie Agostino, again told Mootreddy to hurry, authorities said.

“I’m here for Pete. Pete told me to come here, ”Mootreddy claimed.

When police appeared, Mootreddy told them she had a “telepathic love affair” with the 27-year-old entertainer, police sources said.

At one point during the bizarre interaction, Mootreddy reportedly told Davidson’s mother that she was responsible for the packages and letters he had received at the Holdridge Avenue home since October 31.
