Miya Ponsetto, 22, who was identified by the NYPD to The Post as the woman caught on camera falsely accusing Keyon Harrold Jr., was arrested in Beverly Hills on February 28 for public intoxication, the Daily Mail reported, under reference to police reports and court records.
That case is still pending and, according to the newspaper, she should appear in court on January 28.

Ponsetto was charged with four offenses: two for drink driving, one for driving with a suspended driver’s license and one for unlawful use of a driver’s license, the report said.
In September, she pleaded not to dispute the DUI charge. A hearing on the sentencing is scheduled for January 14.
Ponsetto was also named in a civil case involving an eviction for default in August 2019, the outlet reported, citing court documents.
Photos posted online with Ponsetto’s name seem to fit the young woman who tackled the boy at the Arlo Hotel in Manhattan’s Soho neighborhood.

NYPD Chief Detectives Rodney Harrison this week tweeted a montage of surveillance video clips that also include a recording of the woman’s face with the word “WANTED” underneath in red letters.
He said the NYPD “is asking the public for help in locating the suspect in this video,” which he said “falsely accusing an innocent 14-year-old teenager of stealing her cellphone,” then physically assaulted him. attack and flee the location. “

She said that when she realized her iPhone was missing, she demanded to see a surveillance video of the hotel lobby – then asked everyone in the lobby to “ empty their pockets, ” before calling Keyon Jr. considered her suspect.
