Aaron Gamal, Tigres player in the 90s, dies

Royal football is in mourning this Tuesday after the death of Aaron Gamal, ex-soccer player who’s jerseys Tigers Okay and Puebla, as well as in the Mexican team

The ex-zaguero suffered a heart attack at the age of 62, was also remembered as the first born in Sonora when playing in First Division and retired in 1992.

Gamal played in Tigers from 1988 to 1991, a period when he was not limited to scoring goals as a center-back, with a record six goals. He was later linked to the Autonomous University of Nuevo León as a coach of children’s and youth categories.
