Today, Saturday, an earthquake was felt in northeastern Puerto Rico at sunrise with a tentative magnitude of 4.7. This was confirmed this morning by meteorologist Deborah Martorell through her social networks, in which several of her followers confirmed that they had witnessed the earthquake.
Meanwhile, Puerto Rico’s seismic network indicated that the earthquake had a maximum intensity of III on the island of Tortola, which is part of the British Virgin Islands. No tsunami advisory, warning, or watch has been issued for Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands.
