A gift for your well-being

I would like to give each of the people a big hug, in a regular or casual way, that they have guided us through this nearly completed year in the necessary walk towards cultivating a healthy beauty.

It has been an unforgettable year, full of challenges, inconveniences and unforeseen events that have affected the lives of all of us in one way or another. But it has also been a year in which opportunities have been stimulated and developed, strengths have hardened and creativity has flourished.

Twelve months that, while at times seemed to go beyond the normal, ignited many hearts in pure passion, humanism, internationalism and dedication to help others live a little longer.

A year in which the well-being of our beautiful people was most important. That is why I want to give you a gift of well-being, a gift that does not take up space, that you can always carry with you and most importantly, that you can give as often as you want, without even losing yours. A gift that will help you feel better, always bearing in mind that well-being boosts our natural beauty.

I want to tell you about five points on our face and neck that we can stimulate to achieve Benefits, let’s see:

  • Between the eyebrows: Stimulating that area for about a minute can help with headaches and migraines. This action stimulates multiple blood vessels, improving the circulation and oxygenation of our face and may even be helpful in treating some skin problems. Stimulation can be done in a number of ways, such as pressing the index finger for one minute or making circular movements without lifting the finger.
  • The Bamboo Tip: Located in the inner corner of the eye and encompassing an area that, when stimulated, immediately reports well-being. Controlled pressure on these points for one minute promotes relaxation, relieves stress and helps to relieve the nose. When we are going to press, we must be careful because an excessive force in the pressure can cause discomfort that can range from intense pain to brief visual hallucinations in the form of spots or lights.
  • The point of the doors of consciousness: These points are located on the neck, just at the base of the skull. In this case, the help of a second person would be helpful to facilitate effective action against them. Stimulating these points relieves headaches and neck stiffness. It also helps reduce dizziness, lightheadedness, eye pain, and even the annoying ringing in the ears that can sometimes be experienced. Whoever is going to help us with these points must first locate them at the base of our skull. It is then pressed for five seconds and then massaged with the knuckles for three minutes. Ideally, the person receiving the stimulation will remain face down throughout the process.
  • Fragrance Tip: These are two points on each side of our nostrils. Stimulating them relieves migraines and sinus-related discomfort. To do this, we can place the fingertips in these areas and massage for a minute. In addition to the aforementioned benefits, it provides great relaxation.
  • The Mansion of the Wind or Governor Point 16: It is one of the best known points for the wide variety of therapeutic benefits it brings to multiple organs of the body. Among the benefits obtained by stimulating this point is the improvement of sleep, aids in digestion, helps reduce headaches, toothaches and joints. It promotes blood circulation. To stimulate it, you can use an ice cube and apply pressure to it at three-second intervals for one minute. The well-being it offers us is almost immediate. The point is located in the center of the rim of the base of the skull.

Friends, in a few days a year will end and another will begin because everything in this world is so changeable and it should be, but what you shouldn’t let happen is that you have lost interest in visiting this blog to share further about beauty and wellness.

For our next meeting it is already the new year and new projects are sure to appear in everyone’s life. For my part, I wish you a Happy New Year and a Happy New Year with all my heart.
