“Furiosa,” the Anya Taylor-Joy-starring prequel to “Mad Max: Fury Road,” will receive financial incentives from federal and state governments to ensure production will take place in Australia. The photo directed by George Miller will be shot from June.

Major crew positions go to production designer Colin Gibson, editor Margaret Sixel, sound mixer Ben Osmo and makeup designer Lesley Vanderwalt. The four previously won an Oscar for their work on ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’. The first assistant director is PJ Voeten and the second unit director and stunt coordinator is Guy Norris.
