Dr. Wagner Jr Criticizes WWE For Using Bad Bunny Over Other Mexicans – WWE News, Results & More! – PR Wrestling

Mexican wrestler Dr. Wagner Jr strongly criticized WWE for using Bad Bunny at WrestleMania.

In his weekly column in Milenio, Wagner expressed his annoyance that the company is not giving other talents from Mexico a chance for the singer.

“How could they possibly give Bad Bunny that chance? It’s an improvised one! If they have a talent like that of the Son of the Spirit, now called Santos Escobar, the bearer of a great legacy obtained through inheritance!”

“He, Santos Escobar, could have been a worthy representative of Mexico, as was Andrade Cien Almas, my fellow countryman, who has deserted from those ranks with a lot of talent. And I am not denying the new platforms, I am adapting and I understand that companies need to look for different content to attract the public in the midst of the pandemic, ”he said.

Wagner also criticized WWE’s use of an artist rather than a sportsman in the match.

In other editions, Wrestlemania had American football players, representatives of other sports disciplines, but never a singer. Unimaginable! Maybe Bad Bunny’s dream was to meet great wrestlers, but he should have prepared not just because of his popularity.

“La Roca is a very different case, having belonged to WWE for years and then pursued an artistic career, unlike the aforementioned singer, who I don’t think will put his music career aside. Combining both aspects is absurd, ”he said.
