BALTIMORE (Neth.) – Kyle Seager hit an RBI-double in the eighth and the Seattle Mariners won their third game in overtime in as many tries this season by beating the Baltimore Orioles 4-3 on Tuesday-evening.
Rafael Montero (1-0) took the win despite wasting the lead in the seventh inning. Kendall Graveman secured eighth place for his first career save.
Shortened to seven regular innings, this game was postponed the day before due to rain and was held on Tuesday as the first of a doubleheader. Seager, who has reached base in nine of his last 10 at bats, doubled with one out off Tanner Scott (0-1).

Seattle won its third game in a row. The Orioles have lost four games in a row and six of seven since the start of the season, beating a series of three games in Boston.
