The Dominican National Brewery (CDN) and the Art Chroniclers Association (Acroarte) have announced that Color Vision, channel 9, will be the official medium that will broadcast the Soberano Awards.
The information was presented at a press meeting where Cándida Hernández, Cervecería’s marketing director; Zumaya Cordero of the Caribbean Group; René Brea, producer of the prize; Domingo Bermúdez, Chairman of Color Vision and Alexis Beltré, Chairman of Acroarte.
Prices are reactivated after the institution goes through an institutional crisis and the Covid-19 pandemic is over.
While Zumaya Cordero announced that this year’s Soberano Awards will have the largest number of international artists, although our artists will also be attending.
Held in a mixed format in June, the award will feature the National Theater as the main stage under René Brea’s artistic production.
This year, for the first time, the award will see Caribbean Media World’s executive production by Cervecería Nacional Dominicana. “With the vision of Cervecería and our experience in entertainment, we will present a fresh, dynamic and different award according to the new times, in which we have the creative production of Rene Brea,” said Zumaya Cordero, general manager of Caribbean.
Last 2020, the awards were not awarded due to the unexpected outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic. For this year, Cervecería Nacional Dominicana reaffirms its commitment to continue to support and promote the growth of the entertainment industry by sponsoring the Soberano Awards as the platform that activates Creole ingenuity and provides the first post-pandemic opportunities.
