Superstar Mahesh Babu today launched Major’s Telugu teaser, while the teaser in Hindi and Malayalam versions was released by Salman Khan and Prithviraj Sukumaran respectively. Using the teaser, Major discusses the life and inspiring journey of 2008 in which Mumbai attacks the martyr Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan.
Adivi Sesh slips into the character of the major, bringing out the bravery of the heroic officer, commemorating the iconic achievements of the martyr’s personal and professional life.
Big teaser opens with Sesh as NSG Commando who is seriously injured in a building being set on fire. Next, childhood episodes are shown. Prakash Raj and Revathi play his parents and there is the influence of incidents in his youth to become soldiers. According to him, it is a soldier’s duty to protect every patriotic citizen of the country.
The other stages, such as Major’s love story with his classmate, are also shown in the teaser that places great importance on Sandeep Unnikrishnan’s exploits. While the first half of the teaser discusses different phases of the Major, the second half is filled with action.
Adivi Sesh excels as a heroic officer in the teaser. Saiee Manjrekar played Major’s girlfriend, while Sobhita Dhulipala will be seen as an NRI hostage. The entire technical team gave full support to director Sashi Kiran tikka.
Needless to say, Sesh and its creators have a potential winner on hand as the teaser is extremely poignant and boosts the outlook. The film is gearing up for release on July 2.
