The Cuban singer and director of Gente de Zona, Alexander Delgado, was caught in downtown Miami handing out food to homeless people.
Posted on Instagram by the incognito social media character known as Un Martí To ‘Durako, the images show the popular artist pulling boxes and bags of food from the trunk of his car and handing it over to drivers. homeless that are concentrated in that area of Miami’s Dowtown.
Next to Delgado was his youngest son, Alexander Junior, fruit of his current relationship with the model Mily Alemán.

After the tornado that hit part of Havana in early 2019, Alexander and Randy Malcom of Gente de Zona traveled from Miami to the Cuban capital and distributed food and essential items to affected people.
Last year, the artists took part in a large-scale humanitarian relief effort organized in Miami to help the Cuban people in the midst of the economic crisis.
The aid was withheld by the Cuban authorities, which is why Alexander Delgado decided to break his political silence, because “I don’t want the people of Cuba to go hungry or oppressed”
“I hope the government of Cuba becomes aware and realizes that this donation is not coming from the government of the United States, but from the Cubans who are here, who are taking what is ours to send to our brothers and sisters and that they just delivered., ”Alexander said at the time.
