Fredrik Eklund announced on Thursday that he is officially sober for 160 days in a message on his Instagram account.

The Million Dollar Listing New York star shared a selfie and wrote a long note in the caption of the post to express his feelings about reaching the milestone.

The 43-year-old began writing, “Today is 160 days sober and it feels great.”

The reality TV personality went on to talk about the physical benefits he has experienced since abstaining from alcohol.

‘I have more energy and clarity, look and feel younger, sleep better with less stress and without anxiety. My body sings, it doesn’t hurt, ”he wrote.

Eklund went on to write about his drinking history, describing himself as a ‘high-functional addict’ before saying it was not easy for him to make the decision to sober up.
