Florian Tudor, alleged leader of the so-called Riviera Maya Band, is on the police’s list of fugitives Romania
The map indicates that Tudor, born October 7, 1976, has a preemptive arrest warrant for the crime blackmail.
On Tuesday, a court in Bucharest issued an arrest warrant in absentia Tudor, aka El Tiburon, after accepting the request for preventive arrest from the Directorate for Investigation of Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT).

Tudor, who lives in Mexico, is charged in Romania of three crimes: attempted murder, blackmail and creation of an organized crime network, for which six of his associates were sentenced to three to ten years in prison last Friday.
The gang, a Romanian court said, tampered with up to 100 ATMs in the Riviera Maya, Cancun, and in Sayulita, Puerto Vallarta and Tijuana, to steal credit card information from tourists and withdraw money from their accounts.
