The VIIth edition of the Medicine and Solidarity Awards recognizes the best initiatives during the pandemic

DKV insurers will be celebrating their VII Medicine and Solidarity Awards with a special edition for Covid-19. The aim is to reward the solidarity initiatives that have gained importance in 2020, both those who have helped health workers, the most deprived population and promoted solidarity campaigns.

The three categories that DKV has launched are endowed with a donation of 10,000 euros and are: Prize for solidarity organizationTo the project or solidarity campaign of a company or health organization to improve the situation of Covid patients. The Solidarity prize for health workers: for health professionals who volunteered to improve the health situation of the population during the pandemic. And the prize for the Digital Health Solidarity Initiative, whose aim was to mitigate the public health impact of the pandemic.

In the period from March 15 to May 14, the companies present their projects, which are assessed by a specialized jury. The priority will be that the projects address the health of the population during the health crisis caused by the pandemic.

The award ceremony for this seventh edition is at the end of the year. For this year, DKV’s main goal is to recognize the solidarity and altruistic work of those projects related to medicine and pandemic.
