The move comes after Rogan, 53, said goodbye to Los Angeles last year and hello to Texas.
He left two guarded estates in LA’s San Fernando Valley after he wanted more space and “freedom.”
He bought one of the Bell Canyon properties – the one he is currently unloading – for $ 2.3 million in 2003, during his time hosting ‘Fear Factor’. The superstar podcaster initially launched the house for $ 3.2 million in October. The house was sold five months later on Friday.
The house covers a whopping 7,573 square feet and has five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
