A 27-year-old sleuth, who was inspecting a nature reserve in South Africa, was eaten by two young male lionsPolice and the National Parks Authority reported Monday.
Malibongwe Mfila was looking for lions and elephants on Saturday to inform guides about their upcoming safaris in this mountainous reserve, located in the northeastern province of Limpopo.
He had stopped and got out of his car for reasons not yet known, and he continued his search on foot and “was suddenly attacked by two lions,” the official Motlafela Mojapelo said in a statement.

Another person driving through the park saw these lions devour the dead and warned the manager of the place, ‘he added.
The park authority, SANParks, confirmed that the lions were killed immediately for an autopsy, and that this incident has “shocked“to all the personnel and other troops working in this park.
The tracker worked a “cabin hotel“deluxe of the Marakele National Park, covering an area of 67,000 hectares, located approximately 250 km northwest of Johannesburg.
