Lawyer information for him was not immediately available, nor were there details of the charges against him.

Law enforcement officials on Monday also identified another man who is now being charged in the Capitol riot: 32-year-old Isaac Sturgeon from Dillon, Montana. Sturgeon was arrested at JFK Airport on Saturday, returning from Kenya, officials said.

He can be seen on bodycam footage pushing barricades at the police on the day of the riot and faces multiple related counts, including physical assault and obstruction, as well as civil disorder.

Sturgeon is expected to appear in Brooklyn federal court later Monday. Prosecutors plan to ask a judge to order him without bail pending trial. He is represented by federal public defender Ashley Burrell who, when approached by News 4 New York, had no comment.

On January 16, 2021, the FBI posted photo # 104-AFO (“attack on federal officers”) on its website to enlist the public’s help in identifying those involved in the Capitol riots. Sturgeon is in the top row, far right.

The owner of the Montana lawn care company reportedly flew to Kenya on Jan. 24, eight days after his photo was added to the FBI’s webpage of wanted suspects linked to the riot. Court documents show that he was supposed to return to the US in April, but was deported by Kenyan officials. Then he flew to New York on Saturday and was picked up by federal agents.

More than 300 people, including members of extremist groups Proud Boys and Oath Keepers, have been charged with federal crimes related to the Capitol uprising. Federal agents are still investigating and hundreds of suspects are still at large. Justice Department officials have said they charge some with sedition.

Five people died, including a Capitol Police officer and a woman who was shot by police.
