Chivas fans arrested after fight in Mazatlán

At least a group of 20 fans was arrested for a showdown on the beaches of Mazatlán

Before the meeting between Mazatlán and Chivas, the supporters of Guadalajara faced each other in a fight on the beach, after two animation groups started a fight, after they presented some differences between them.

Sources close to ESPN assured that clashes between Guadalajara animation groups are common as, although there are many of them and from different sectors, their relationship is not always the best, the main reason they had a showdown outside the Océano Palace hotel.

Through some videos circulating through social networks, the confrontation between the two animation groups is shown, while they were on the beach, so in addition to reaching for the blows, they took various objects to throw them at each other.

It is estimated that around 20 fans have been arrested, so those involved will be deprived of their freedom for up to 36 hours, which is why they will miss tonight’s meeting in Mazatlan territory.

This is the first time that the Chivas animation groups have taken a trip to another state to see a match of Guadalajara during the pandemic. Currently, the Mazatlan team has announced that tickets for tonight’s game are sold out.

Chivas will play against Mazatán FC tonight at 9:00 PM at the Kraken Stadium, the match that corresponds to day 10 of the Clausura 2021 of the MX League.
