Nintendo reiterates that they will indeed withdraw several Mario products and games from sale at the end of March

Expiration date of March 31

So the time is fast approaching for the end of Mario’s 35th birthday. Wait, an end? Yes, doomsday.

But there’s a chance Nintendo might change its mind at the last minute, right ?! I mean, Jump Rope Challenge got a delay of zero hours! Perhaps! Never say never. But from March 1, 2021 (today), Nintendo will not budge.

On Twitter, Nintendo reminded people that the anniversary celebration will come to an end; and that includes “pulling products”. Via a further link in the tweet, Super Mario 3D All-Stars, Super Mario Bros. 35, Game & Watch Super Mario Bros., and several shirts are reattached as part of the purge.

Not included in this list is another purge for the original Mario Maker, as well as the end of the sale before Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon & the Blade of Light in the eShop. Plan accordingly!
