Ahead of the Super Bowl, Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians said he wouldn’t be surprised if quarterback Tom Brady signs an extension that would keep him under contract after the 2021 season.
Winning the Super Bowl only seems to make it more likely that the two sides will find a way to keep things going and General Manager Jason Licht was asked if there was an extension in the cards when he appeared on The Rich Eisen ShowLicht said he would keep his conversations with Brady “secretive” now, but indicated there was something in the cards.

Looks like he really had a good time winning the Super Bowl this year. Loves our organization, loves our coaches, loves our head coach and ownership and we certainly love him. Brady will earn $ 25 million in the 2021 season with a maximum hit of $ 28.375 million after earning $ 3.375 million in incentives from the Bucs’ flight to the title.
