LeBron James is FURIOUS about Devin Booker’s snub from the All-Star Game … saying the Phoenix Suns star more than deserved to make the team in 2021.
The Western Conference reserves were just announced Tuesday … and while big names love Damian Lillard Anthony Davis Chris Paul and Zion Williamson were picked, 24-year-old Booker failed to make the cut.
Of course, Booker averaged nearly 25 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists per game … with the red-hot Suns in 4th place in the conference standings with a record of 20-10 so far this season.
Apparently that wasn’t enough for the NBA coaches … who each voted for 7 reserves to represent their conference in the game.
King James shot over the disapproval on Twitter … and he wasn’t alone.
Guarding blazers CJ McCollum also expressed displeasure with Book being left out … saying, Damn @DevinBook really didn’t make it? Thats crazy. Bruh really cold too smh. Sick world “
LBJ also weighed in on Lillard not being named a starter for the ASG … saying he is the second most respected player behind Booker.
Now there is still hope that Booker will sneak into the festivities and become a replacement for AD, who is struggling with a calf and Achilles tendon injury.
Warning to the rest of the league – Devin Booker certainly has that motivation for the second half of the season.
