Third-party developers continue to work on new add-ons for Microsoft Flight Simulator, including airplanes and airports.
Airplane Heaven is working on the upcoming Supermarine Spitfire add-on and today the developer posted a look at the legendary Rolls-Royce Merlin, which is visible in the model.
You can check it out below, while we wait for more precise release details.
On the airport side, we also get a tease from SimArc, which is apparently working on Faisalabad International Airport (OPFA).
It is one of the main airports in Pakistan and it is always nice to see new hubs being created for an often neglected part of the world. Simarc is also the studio behind the excellent Islamabad International Airport.
Speaking of neglected parts of the world, we also get a bonus in the form of screenshots from the duo of developers working at Hangzhou International Airport (ZSHC) and at FSDeveloper.
At the moment we don’t have much information on the release, but given that major Chinese airports are extremely rare for now, it is certainly promising.
A few days ago, we published our huge interview with the head of Microsoft Flight Simulator Jorg Neumann, who gave a lot of new information about the present and future of the sim.
