Unstoppable Zoomer icon JoJo Siwa introduced fans to her friend, Kylie, via Instagram on Monday, just weeks after confirming she was part of the LGBTQ community.
The 17-year-old former “Dance Moms” star made the introduction a few days after revealing to Jimmy Fallon that she did indeed have a girlfriend.
Siwa explained in her post that Kylie, whom she’s tagged, “[been] my best friend for more than a year and on January 8, 2021 I was allowed to call this exceptional person my girlfriend. “
“Since then I have been the happiest I have ever been,” she added.
Siwa seems to be gradually gaining confidence in handling her personal life. Fans began speculating about her identity as a member of the LGBTQ community in January when she posted a video of herself singing along to Lady Gaga’s strange anthem ‘Born This Way’. She was then seen wearing a T-shirt that read ‘Best Gay Cousin’, and the next day she confirmed she was LGTBQ by saying, ‘I’ve received the most endless amount of love and support … I am really, really, I’m very happy. “
Last week, during her ‘Tonight Show’ conversation with Fallon, Siwa, who claims 12.5 million subscribers on YouTube, explained that she was encouraged while filming with a group of LGBTQ + TikTokers called Pride House, assuming the partnership her anyway.
“I don’t mind because it’s true,” she continued. “I have the most amazing, amazing, perfect, most beautiful girlfriend in the world” who was “super encouraging”.
Siwa is currently working in Vancouver on her new musical film “The J Team. ”
