Mexico says migrants traveling across the country will be vaccinated

This week, the Mexican government began registering people over the age of 60 online and in this regard, the official reported that 3.27 million older adults have been registered to date and recalled that the goal is to reach 14.46 million people in that age bracket living in the country.

Mexico has agreements for 34.4 million doses of Pfizer, 77.4 million from the British AstraZeneca, 35 million CanSino and 51.5 million from the Covax platform.

In addition, it negotiated 24 million doses of the Sputnik V formula with Russia.

As of this Saturday, Mexico has 1.92 million confirmed infections and a total of 165,786 deaths since the pandemic began on February 28 in this country.
