Dolly Parton, Noah Centineo Swap Stories on Fallon

Do you want to have bad dates? Getting ghosted by a Tinder hookup doesn’t mean getting thrown out of a ’57 Chevy and walking home through a bunch of Smokey Mountain bears at night. If that sounds like a pearl of folk wisdom you’d find in a Dolly Parton Christmas movie, it’s because it’s did happened to Dolly Parton. On Friday episode of The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, the host showcased his latest adult celebrity party games to his guests, Parton and Noah Centineo. Essentially, Parton said, “I was going out with a guy and he kicked me out of a car and let me walk home at night through a forest of bears and bobcats,” and Centineo had to guess whether this story was real or bluff. He asked, ‘Have you to come across bears and bobcats? and she said, “absolutely, I heard them, she felt.” She explained that at the time of the date she was 17 or 18, and her boyfriend kicked her out of the car and let her home five miles through a forest because “it was a situation you had to get out of or get out of.” It is a true story, of course, because this is Dolly Parton, and it even has a moral: “I did learn something that night. that ever happens again, I’ll definitely give up. I’d rather be chewed by a boy than a bear. ”Centineo’s entire persona is the exact opposite of the boy in this story, and his response is priceless.
