Man kills neighbors after snow fight in United States

A conflict that arose from the creation of the snow supposedly took a man from Pennsylvania, U.S, to shoot two of his neighbors, authorities said.

In Plains Township, agents responded to a report of shootings in a residential area and discovered James Goy, 50, and his wife, Lisa Goy, 48, dead in the street in front of their home, according to a joint statement. Lawyer Stefanie Salavantis and Local Police Chief Dale Binker.

ABC news He said neighbors had led the officers to a residence across the street from the Goys’ house, but as they approached the front door, a shot rang out.

Inside the compound, they found James Spaide, 47, dead from an apparently self-inflicted gunshot wound.

“The Goys were shoveling snow from their parking spaces across the road and throwing it on Spaide’s grounds,” Salavantis and Binker said in their statement.

Witnesses said Spaide had asked the couple to stop, which led to an altercation.

James Goy apparently threw a tool at the neighbor, which, according to the statement, cleared snow from his car. When James Goy tried to hit the locals, Spaide reportedly retreated to his home and searched for a weapon, authorities said.

“The Goys yelled and insulted him,” Salavantis and Binker said in their statement, adding that the episode was captured on surveillance video.

Mr. Goy then threatened Spaide and made obscene gestures. Moments later Spaide returns with a gun. ‘ Despite that, James and Lisa Goy kept yelling at him.

The neighbor is said to have opened fire on the couple. Authorities said Spaide then returned home and went to get another weapon, which he reportedly used to shoot them again.

Police chief Binker told CNN That was not the first disagreement between Spaide and de Goys about snow this year. The Goys left behind a 15-year-old son with autism, whose grandparents are taking custody, said Binker, who said they have been working on the case and believe the investigation is closed.
