It looks like a global pandemic won’t get in the way of several pre-Super Bowl celebrations.

Friday night, several musicians hosted concerts and parties in and around Tampa, Florida, ahead of the annual sporting event.

Many of the events were advertised as COVID aware, although many of the photos and videos taken during the events show that partygoers handle the wind gently while having a good time.

One of the parties was organized by rapper 50 Cent and took place in St. Petersburg. aircraft hangar.

The 45-year-old hitmaker promoted the event through his Instagram account, posting a flyer on the day of the show with the message “ it’s going down tonight. ”

The rapper will host another event later tonight.

DJ Steve Aoki also hosted his own pre-Super Bowl party at the WTR Tampa Pool at the Godfrey Waterfront Hotel, which TMZ covered.

The organizers of the event made it a point to express that masks should be worn and that everyone should have kept two meters apart.

However, footage from the event showed that neither protocol was followed by anyone in particular.

The 43-year-old DJ and producer also came into close contact with his fans to spray champagne on them.

Rappers French Montana and Rick Ross co-hosted an event and shared several videos on their respective Instagram Stories.

Neither the majority of the artists nor the fans present saw the coronavirus security protocols.

The Unforgettable rapper recorded a video of himself wearing a face mask at one point; he later removed his protective covering during the show.

On Thursday night, Tory Lanez pitched a pre-Super Bowl event at the same venue Aoki would occupy the night after.

The 28-year-old songwriter also documented the event through his Instagram story and made it a point to share countless photos of the non-socially aloof party.

Many fans have traveled from around the United States to attend the Super Bowl and other events related to the annual sporting event, and many government officials are concerned that the increased social interaction will only serve to further spread COVID-19.
