‘Ninnila Ninnila’ is the upcoming Telugu that will have a direct release on the digital streaming platform Zee Plex. Tamil hero Ashok Selvan makes his debut in Telugu cinema. Ritu Varma and Nithya Menen will be seen as the heroines in the movie. The film unit launched the trailer for the film a while ago and it has the shades of Barfi and Ratatouille. Ashok Selvan plays a chef in the film who is obese and often undergoes muscle spasms.
According to the film unit, the synopsis of the film is, “What happens when Dev, a hefty chef genius with muscle spasms, Tara, his colleague with OCD, and Maya, a cheerful girl with the ghost of a child, cross paths?”
The trailer introduces the three main characters and their traits. However, there is no special conflict in the movie as the situations running through these three characters will advance the story. The trailer hinted at a rollercoaster ride of emotions and has a fresh feel. All in all, it’s sort of a ‘live love laugh’ concept in a different background. Nasser, Satya and others also play key roles in the movie.
Divakar Mani is the cinematographer of the film and Premam Rajesh Murugesan’s fame is the music director. Navin Nooli is the editor of the film. BVSN Prasad produced the film under Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra. Ani IV Sasi, the son of the popular Malayalam filmmaker IV Sasi, is the director of the film.
The film will be released on Zee Plex on February 26.
