Steve Cutler took to Twitter tonight to comment on his WWE release.
He wrote that the release was shocking, but he is excited about the future and all the possibilities that lie ahead.
Cutler tweeted, “Unfortunately, I was released today. It was shocking to say the least. But I am excited about the future and all the possibilities that lie ahead. Thanks for your continued support. 90 days … the countdown begins ???????? “
Cutler was called up to the main roster on SmackDown in April 2020 along with Wesley Blake and Jaxson Ryker as a member of the Forgotten Sons. The group was taken off television last June following a controversial tweet from Ryker.
Last December, Cutler and Blake returned to television briefly as part of Baron Corbin’s “Knights of the Lone Wolf” faction.
