New Jersey districts are calling for school closures, delayed openings, and other schedule changes for Monday due to a major winter storm expected to bring up to two feet of snow for a significant portion of the state.
While hundreds of districts continue to offer completely remote classes due to the coronavirus outbreak, schools operating with personal and hybrid models may choose to switch to remote classes during the day rather than cancel school altogether.
But with high winds and large snow totals in the forecast, the likelihood of power outages remains likely.
