FC Barcelona – La Liga A feud over Eric Garcia

Joan Laporta has again sent a letter to the chairman of Barcelonathe executive committee, Carles Tusquets, to apologize and make it clear that he had no intention of threatening him because of his association with Eric Garcia’s potential signing.
Tusquets blamed Barcelona presidential candidate for threatening him for making decisions related to the Manchester City the future of the central defender before the elections, scheduled for March 7.
“I’m sorry you took my requests and considerations as threats,” Laporta stated in his letter, as reported by Catalunya Radio.
“The goal was to show the boundaries that I believe the executive committee has.
“Carles, I understand your nervousness is the result of living in a situation that isn’t easy at all.”
