Justice Minister Domingo Emanuelli Hernández and Aguadilla District Attorney José Aldebol Colón reported that Judge Juan M. issued a $ 25,000 bond.
The investigation of the case was conducted by prosecutor José I. Rivera Loperena in conjunction with agent Mónica Ubiñas of the Aguadilla Sexual Crimes Division. The events took place between June and September 2019 in Aguada, when the suspect committed inappropriate behavior with the minors on several occasions.
