Daisy Johnson (Chloe Bennet)

Of all Agents of SHIELD characters, bringing back Daisy Johnson AKA Quake makes the most sense. Not only is this awesome Inhuman a huge part of the comics, but we last saw her lead a team in space (speaking of, let’s get Daniel Sousa (Enver Gjokaj) and Kora (Dianne Doan) back too!).
While Agents of SHIELD couldn’t use the title of SWORD (we still laugh at “Astro Ambassadors”), it is very clear that Daisy, her husband and her sister are doing SWORDly tasks in space. We already know that SWORD comes into play WandaVision, and we also know that a Secret Invasion series coming to Disney + starring Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury) and Ben Mendelsohn (Talos). Nick Fury is in space. Daisy is in space. Let them meet!

Alphonso “Mack” Mackenzie (Henry Simmons)

In the Agents of SHIELD finale, we learn that Mack has retained his job as director of SHIELD. We know SHIELD is coming back into play Hawkeye, and it would be pretty cool if Mack officially retained his title in the MCU. We still don’t know what Nick Fury is doing in space, but we feel his current focus is on SWORD, especially as Talos and Soren (Sharon Blynn) are still impersonating Fury and Maria Hill (Cobie Smulders) on Earth . . Mack also has his own helicarrier! Let the man use it!

Melinda May (Ming-Na Wen)

Speaking of SHIELD and Hawkeye, Wen has already made it clear that she would enjoy appearing on the Disney + series. Agent Melinda May is one of the toughest people to ever wear the SHIELD logo and we last saw her teaching at Coulson Academy. It would be great to see more of the Academy in general (“Seeds” is an underrated episode of Season 1 that takes a closer look at the agents in training. I’ve always wanted to see more of the young talent). We might be busy playing Fennec Shand in the Star Wars world, but they could at least save us from a cameo. May and Clint Barton (Jeremy Renner) have never crossed each other before. He could use her!

Elena “Yo-Yo” Rodriguez (Natalia Córdova-Buckley)

Speaking of extremely talented Inhumans who are also cartoon characters, we last saw Yo-Yo still working for SHIELD in the field with Agent Piper (Briana Venskus) and LMD Agent Davis (Maximilian Osinski). Just like Mack and May, Hawkeye makes the most sense with the SHIELD connection, but Secret invasion could also be a great place to showcase Elena’s special skills. Heck, put her in there She-Hulk or Mrs. Marvel… There’s no reason Yo-Yo shouldn’t be able to take part in the fray on a Disney + show.

Bobbi “Mockingbird” Morse (Adrianne Palicki)

We all know that Palicki and Nick Blood (Lance Hunter) got a rough deal when they left Agents of SHIELD for their own spin-off, Marvel’s Most Wanted. The show never aired and Palicki was never seen as Bobbi again (but we got one last delightful episode with Blood as Hunter). Mockingbird is another part of Marvel Comics, and fans have made it clear they want to see more of her in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again … Secret invasion is there!

Deke Shaw (Jeff Ward)

I am 100% willing to admit that this choice is completely biased because of my unabashed love for Deke Shaw. Does this request really make sense? Arguably! We last saw Deke in an alternate reality in the 1980s as both a rock god and the head of SHIELD (honestly, that’s quite a show I’d see on my own). Deke had a perfect ending, but I’m greedy and I want more!
It’s pretty clear that the MCU is about to get serious with the multiverse with movies like Spider-Man 3 and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Not to mention that Loki follows the version of Loki (Tom Hiddleston) who escaped Avengers: Endgame, create a new reality again. I would do anything to see Loki swinging at a Deke Squad concert during his interdimensional travels.
prev
Agent Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg)

This is a much more realistic request, as I don’t think anyone is ready to see Gregg’s days in the Marvel Cinematic Universe end. It has been around since 2008 Iron Man, and it’s time the Avengers found out he’s still alive (well, sort of). However, if you’re adamant about holding onto dead Coulson as canon (rude!) I’ll bring up again Loki.
With the God of Mischief standing up for his latest round of shenanigans, it would make sense to see him face to face with the man he once killed. Loki has done a lot of unforgivable things over the years, but killing Coulson was definitely number one.
Hope to see one Agents of SHIELD characters in a Disney + series? Which? Tell us your thoughts in the comments!
All seven seasons of Agents of SHIELD are currently streaming on Netflix.
