League MX Standings Table: See results from match day 2 of the 2021 Guardians Tournament

The third day of Guard1anes 2021 kicked off with a thunderous surprise as Chivas de Guadalajara was unable to compete against Atlético de San Luis as a visitor, meaning Víctor Manuel Vucetich’s have only two units in the championship so far.

The Guadalajara team didn’t win and added their third consecutive game without knowing the victory, away from the positions of the highly anticipated Liguilla de Liga MX. San Luis, for its part, took a much-needed victory by taking the first three points, which put it in the desired place in the Liguilla.

Guard1anes 2021’s action continued this Friday, with the game between Puebla and Tijuana. The Xolos surprised La Franja as visitors and took the victory with a minimum. Santos Laguna for his side took a point in Mazatlán, making them the sole leader of the MX League until Saturday’s games.




Tigres faced Atlas in its lone game on Saturday, an important game for both teams. The quality of the Felines was re-imposed and they managed to reach six units. The Foxes, for their part, continue without being able to add points in Liga MX and take last place in the table.

On Sunday, Toluca will see them with Necaxa and Querétaro with Pumas, while Pachuca and Cruz Azul will close the promotions on Monday.
