What is coming
—Janet Yellen, President Joe Biden’s election elected Secretary of the Treasury, will testify before the Senate Finance Committee, which is considering her nomination, at 10 a.m. ET. She is expected to tell lawmakers that the US risks a longer recession unless Congress approves more support and reaffirms its commitment to market-determined exchange rates.
Interactive Brokers, JB Hunt and Netflix will report quarterly results after markets close.
