Dear President Trump
We are writing to you today asking you to forgive an innocent man: Keith Raniere.
Like you, Keith Raniere has been a gruesome victim of the fake media and the Department of (In) Justice. Despite no charges of violence, weapons or drugs, Democrat-appointed Judge Nicholas G. Garaufis sentenced Mr. Raniere to 120 years in prison. Below are some of the terrible injustices in this case:
Sex trafficking without sex trafficking: A 29-year-old white actress from a wealthy family had a sexual fantasy between herself and another woman, which Raniere helped facilitate. No money changed hands and it was consensus every inch. He has now been in prison for 40 years for sex trafficking based on a single sexual encounter.
Forced labor without forced labor: The same actress transcribed a few hours of video for a friend’s funeral and read some articles. She never objected to the job and seemed satisfied with it. He also had access to and used up to $ 10,000 in cash from Raniere, which he used and was therefore overpaid for his minimal desk work. He has now been in prison for 40 years for forced labor.
Manipulated Evidence Within FBI Custody: Can the FBI ever lie or cheat? At the heart of the case against Raniere was a made-up possession of child pornography – the nude photos of a girl who was then believed to be 15 years old. The FBI expert witness admitted on questioning that one of the devices containing the images had been opened and tampered with by an unknown person while in custody. Both devices were obtained through an illegal search and seizure and multiple experts confirm that they have been tampered with.
The judge fired the contributing lead witness when he began to cryJudge Garaufis shockingly stopped interrogating lead witness Lauren Salzman just before she was about to contradict the allegations in her plea deal, which Garaufis accepted before trial.
In particular, Garaufis said, “Before I am a judge, I am a human,” he justified interrupting a 40-year-old woman’s critical testimony because she began to cry. With this statement he took off his mantle and became a citizen, influenced by human emotions and therefore could not judge impartially. He was no longer “animate righteousness” and became “the protective father.” Chivalry can be good, but not in a courtroom where men and women must be treated equally before the law.
Unprecedented and unconstitutional use of RICO: Laws designed to prosecute the mob were used to implode a suburban middle class community in upstate New York with no history of violence, drugs, guns or any kind of criminal activity.
The Prosecution intimidated potential witnesses: Using RICO as his sword, the prosecution systematically threatened anyone who disobeyed or refused to testify in defense, or speak publicly about anything that contradicted the Justice Department’s false, highly biased and fabricated narrative.
Apparently incorrect, “False Imprisonment”: A grown woman, ‘Daniela’, with a history of pathological lies, deceit and theft of money from family and friends, claimed she was ‘forced’ to stay (without paying rent) in her open room in her father’s house during 22 months and unbelievably, she blamed Raniere. Believing she had serious mental and emotional problems, Raniere tried to help the family find a way to help her recover through reflection and contemplation. She was free to leave the room at any time, and it was her parents, not Raniere, who did everything they could to make it easy for their daughter to stay in her room. It was the woman herself who decided to stay month after month as an act of stubborn resistance to her parents and friends.
The judge has the women “lie” using names or nicknames: Judge Garaufis allowed prosecutors to testify by nickname or name only, essentially assuring them that they could lie without public scrutiny.
It was a circus performance: Any woman who was against Raniere was called by her first name only. Every woman who supported Raniere was named in court by her first and last name. For the jury it became a variation on Animal Farm: “One name is good, two names are bad.” There was no proven need for such anonymity, and some of these women, who wished to be named only by first name, have since come out publicly, using their full names, to cash in on their alleged victimization in the media.
The “victims” had good reason to lie– Several witnesses had good reason to lie to cover their own crimes, including illegal entry into the country, hacking and theft of property with intent to blackmail. They were all represented by the same civil lawyer in the criminal case and are now seeking financial reward in a class action lawsuit against Raniere.
Because the prosecution granted immunity to many of the witnesses for the crimes they allegedly committed, the witnesses against Raniere aligned their statements with what the prosecution wanted to hear. The judge, who should have taken off his cloak and sat at the table with the prosecution, stopped the hearing of witnesses for hidden financial reasons.
Finally, let’s quote the innocent Keith Raniere again: “While my personal situation is unfair and inhumane, it has equally dire consequences for anyone affected by our US legal system. Hopefully all people will recite the promise, “For freedom and justice for all!”
“For me, I happened to become a visible figure at the national level, immersing myself in a reinforced and hateful injustice. I am innocent, but can I be free? President Trump, it’s up to you. ”
With respect, Keith Raniere and on his behalf, Make Justice Blind
