Trump became the first president in US history to be impeached twice during his presidency on Wednesday when the House voted to impeach him for his role in the deadly Jan. 6 Capitol attacks that killed five, including a Capitol Hill police officer.

Skyhorse Publishing announced that a new book on Trump’s historic second impeachment will be released on February 2.

The book will be entitled “The Second Impeachment Report: Materials in Support of H. Res. 24, The Accusation of Donald John Trump, President of the United States, of Serious Crimes and Crimes by the US House Committee on the Judiciary.”

Publishers do not need permission to sell conference proceedings as books because they are not copyrighted, according to the AP.

Cohen published his own book “Disloyal: A Memoir” with Skyhorse in 2020, outlining the work he did on Trump’s behalf and claiming the president had participated in multiple crimes.

Cohen was sentenced to three years in prison in 2018 after pleading guilty to nine counts of campaign finance violations, tax evasion and false statements.

He was released into house arrest during the pandemic in May 2020, before being returned to prison for a short period. He was released again in July after a judge found his remission to be a form of retaliation.
