Iraq issues warrant for Trump’s arrest for the death of General Soleimani’s lieutenant

This article provides for the death penalty for all first degree murder. The court claims to have completed the preliminary investigation, but “investigations continue to uncover the other perpetrators of this crime, be they Iraqis or foreigners.”
