Leonardo DiCaprio is ditching his appeal of “One Upon A Time In Hollywood”, “The Great Gatsby” and “The Wolf of Wall Street” for his latest role. This time, the actor plays an astronomer opposite redhead Jennifer Lawrence in the new comedy “Don’t Look Up,” and he’s really changed his appearance for the role..
The Oscar winner was photographed during filming in Boston on January 4, 2021, and his fan base would have been impossible to recognize under his new bushy beard and mustache. Leo has dyed his hair brown too, and in addition to his thick facial hair, glasses help darken his beautiful blue eyes, like he does in Dr. Randal Mindy was in Adam McKay’s new Netflix comedy.

Leonardo plays Dr. Randall Mindy, and Jennifer have appeared alongside him in most of the scenes filmed in the Boston area, apparently with his assistant named Kate Dibiasky.

Leo also showed that his outfit is quite flat for the movie, far from his elegant late 60s suits of “OUATIH” and 80s suits in “TWOWS”. He looked downright scruffy in set photos, wearing a brown corduroy jacket, a mismatched blue and white checked shirt, baggy blue jeans and threadbare sneakers on his feet.
It’s not just Leo who got a major makeover for the new project. Jennifer, 30, has shoulder-length bright red hair with very short bangs for her part. She was seen wearing an orange sweater, jeans and green jacket for her scenes with the “The Revanent” star on January 4.

Both stars are very picky about the roles they choose so Don’t Look Up must have a great script. The combination of Leo AND Jennifer in a new film is an exciting enough prospect to see these two Oscar-winning talents share the screen together.
In addition to these two acting titans, Meryl Streep plays president Janine Orlean, Jonah Hill plays her son Jason Orlean; and other actors with roles in the film include Timothee Chalamet, Cate Blanchett and Chris Evans. Even singer Ariana Grande is in action, as a character called Riley Bina.
